Waheguru Simran

Waheguru Simran is meditation of the crown chakra. It is technology to remove the veil of illusion from mind and connect you to your real identity. It's technology to control your mind. Waheguru means God and Simran means Attention. Waheguru Simran is about paying attention to God. God is inside us but we don't realize Him. Our attention is outwards. When we divert that attention inside, we realize God inside us. When we realize God inside, He is no longer a foreigner to us. We see Him everywhere. With the help of Waheguru Simran meditation, we train ourselves to divert our attention inwards. This requires some effort from our side, the rest is taken care of by the Divine power.
